How a unique piece is created
From the selection of 8–12 acetate sheets to the finishing process with quality control, each pair of Ultra Limited glasses is handcrafted in Italy through a process lasting more than 41 days. Here are the four stages that make them truly unparalleled.
Colour selection
Our artisans, masters of the Belluno district, select 8–12 acetate sheets and study their light, contrast and balance. Each combination is designed to create unique patterns.
Pressing & cutting
The acetate sheets are layered and pressed. This is followed by micrometric cutting of the shape to ensure stability, symmetry and colour rendering.
Shaping & smoothing
We define the lines of the frame and smooth every surface by hand. Comfort on the nose and gentle temples, uniform finish, Made in Italy fit.
Finishing & quality control (41+ days)
We finish with polishing, alignment and quality control on each pair of glasses. A process that takes over 41 days to provide you with a truly unique piece.
