Each frame is created from sheets of coloured acetate, layered, pressed and handcrafted for 41 days. A process that combines craftsmanship and creative unpredictability.

The core of our identity is simple: true value lies in uniqueness.
Every six months we update our colour palettes, every week new combinations are created. All Ultra Limited frames undergo a process of selection, pressing and layering, where every variable changes the final result.
Handcrafting and quality
Italian craftsmanship
Behind every Ultra Limited pair of glasses are Italian craftsmen who know acetate like a maestro knows his instruments. Each pair of glasses undergoes a manufacturing process lasting more than 41 days.
Color selection
Between 8 and 12 sheets of acetate are selected, studied, and combined to create balance and harmony.
Pressing and cutting
The sheets are layered and pressed into a single chromatic core, then cut with micrometric precision.
Shaping and smoothing
The frame takes shape. Every surface is smoothed by hand, millimetre by millimetre.
Finishing and quality control (41+ days)
Deep polishing, perfect alignments, and human quality control of every detail. The process takes more than 41 days.
